II. Delivery Arrangement
1. Delivery Arrangement
i. Delivery Service
- Delivery services are available across Malaysia. An additional working day is required for delivery service. Delivery services are charged based on BannerSHOP’s charging model, which takes into account the area zone to deliver, delivery time period, size & weight of goods, quantity of goods and transport arrangement (e.g. access through staircases, moving between lifts, etc.)
- Standard operating hours of delivery service are from Monday to friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm (public holidays not included).Service availability may vary across different area zones.
ii. Size Calculation
- The product will be charged as Standard Delivery if the length of its finish size is less than 244cm or 8ft; otherwise it will be charged as Special Delivery. Our Company’s ordering system will automatically specify the charge accordingly.
iii. Additional Charges
- Any additional fees for parking, gates or registration will not be covered and are chargeable to the Customers.
- In case no one answers the door at the specific and confirmed delivery date and time, Customers will need to contact our Company for another delivery arrangement and be charged accordingly.
- If Customers wish to change the details of delivery (e.g. the quantity of goods, address to deliver, delivery date or time), they will need to make the request at least 1 working day in advance of the delivery, which may incur an administrative fee (RM30 per order), a delivery surcharge and possible delay.
iv. Special Circumstances

Customers are responsible for providing clear and accurate details of the address to deliver and conditions of environment at the time of order confirmation. Below are some special circumstances (including but not limited to) in which further quotation will be required.
- When the requested time of delivery is NOT within our standard operating hours of delivery service
- When parking/unloading is not allowed on the street of address to deliver, or the parking/unloading place is a certain distance away from the address to deliver, which requires extra handling of goods
- When the address to deliver are located in remote areas which cannot be directly accessed by public transportations
- When the products to deliver cannot/are not allowed to be delivered to door by lifts, which requires access through staircases and extra handling of goods
- Warehouse of container terminals: all additional fees for the gate or registration
- Direct delivery of goods to particular booth at the exhibition venue
2. Pick-Up Service
- For Customers who choose to pick up on their own, please arrive at the specific branch (during opening hours) at the specific pick up date and time specified on the invoice, and present a copy of the invoice to our Staff for our verification.

2. Cut-off Time

- Public holiday: Please refer to our website update * All the ordering procedures (including confirmed the order, artwork and payment) must be completed before the cut-off time of the day.
The following conditions will lead to an additional working day placed to the order:
- Order made after the order cut-off time of the day (Extra 1 more working day to the order)
- The order has been completed before the order cut-off time but there is an issue with the artwork received. (For further details, please refer to the artwork specifications).
- The order has been completed before the order cut-off time but there is an issue with the payment. (Payment needs to be verified the day before cut-off time)

5. Payment Methods
- For all orders Online / Specialist / Retail channels, you can settle the payment by VISA, Master, HSBC & CIMB. If paid in Cash, it is only available in retail stores.
- Other payment methods: ATM, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash.

- Pick-up in Branches: Please arrive at the specific branch (during opening hours) at the specific pick up date and time specified on the invoice, and present a copy of the invoice to our Staff for our verification.
