1. Next Day Dispatch

1.1 The "Next Day Dispatch" service applies only to products with a production time of 1 working day.

1.2 The following circumstances will result in an additional working day being added to the processing and dispatch timeline:

• Orders placed after the published order cut-off time;
• Orders where the artwork supplied is incomplete, incorrect, or does not meet our artwork specifications;
• Orders where payment has not been verified by the end of the working day on which the order was placed;
• Where production capacity does not allow for next-day processing. In such cases, Bannershop reserves the right to make alternative arrangements and will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.

1.3 "Next Day Dispatch" refers to the order being ready for self-pickup or handed over to Bannershop's appointed courier on the next working day. It does not guarantee delivery to the customer's address on the next working day.

2. Delivery Service Charges

2.1 Delivery charges are calculated based on Bannershop's prevailing delivery pricing model, which takes into account:

• Delivery destination;
• Delivery time slot requested;
• Packaged product dimensions and weight;
• Product quantity;
• Transport access conditions (including but not limited to staircases, lift availability, and unloading distance).

2.2 All delivery charges shall be quoted to the customer prior to order confirmation.

3. Free Delivery Eligibility

3.1 Free Delivery is available only for orders that satisfy all of the following conditions:

• The order total (per single invoice) meets or exceeds the minimum qualifying amount as published on Bannershop's official website at the time of order placement;
• The delivery address is within Kuala Lumpur or Selangor (as defined by Bannershop's delivery zone map);
• The order does not fall under any of the exclusions set out in Clause 8 below.

3.2 Bannershop reserves the sole and absolute right to determine what constitutes a "remote" or "outlying" area. Delivery to such areas shall be subject to a separate quotation and additional charges.

3.3 The qualifying amount for Free Delivery may be revised from time to time without prior notice. The applicable amount shall be the one published on our website at the time the order is placed.

3.4 Not applicable to any promotional items.

4. Delivery Operating Hours

4.1 Standard delivery operating hours are: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays); 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

4.2 Service availability may vary across different zones. Bannershop does not guarantee delivery within standard hours for all areas.

5. Order Basis & Address Limitation

5.1 Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis and are limited to one (1) delivery address per order.

5.2 No combination, splitting, or modification of orders will be accepted after order confirmation.

6. Additional Customer-Borne Charges

6.1 Any ancillary fees incurred during delivery – including but not limited to:

• Parking fees;
• Gate/entry registration fees;
• Toll or congestion charges;
• Security deposits or access permits;
  – shall be borne fully by the customer and are not included in the delivery charge.

7. Exclusions to Free Delivery

Notwithstanding the order total, Free Delivery shall NOT apply to any of the following:

• Products where the longest finished length is 2 metres (2m) or more;
• Orders where the customer has specified a preferred delivery time ;
• Urgent orders (as determined by Bannershop);
• Orders requiring special handling, including but not limited to stair access, limited lift access, or unloading points more than 50 metres from the delivery address;
• Deliveries to remote, outlying, or restricted-access areas (including airports, exhibition venues, container terminals, and warehouses).
   

8. Failed Delivery / No-Show

8.1 If no authorized recipient is present at the confirmed delivery address on the confirmed date and time, the customer shall:

• Contact Bannershop to arrange a new delivery slot; and
• Bear all re-delivery charges applicable at that time.

8.2 Bannershop is not obligated to attempt re-delivery without prior arrangement and payment of re-delivery fees.

9. Order Changes & Amendments

9.1 Any request to change an order – including but not limited to:

• Delivery address;
• Delivery date;
  – must be communicated to Bannershop at least one (1) working day before dispatch.

9.2 All change requests are subject to availability. If approved:

• The customer shall pay any price difference;
• An administrative fee of no less than RM50.00 shall apply per amendment;
• Any additional delivery costs arising from the change shall be quoted separately and borne by the customer.
   

10. Cancellation of Delivery

10.1 If a delivery is cancelled after order confirmation, the delivery charge shall not be refunded.

10.2 Any production costs already incurred may also be non-refundable, at Bannershop's discretion.

11. Customer's Responsibility for Delivery Information

11.1 The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and clear delivery details at the time of order confirmation, including:

• Full address with postal code;
• Contact number of the recipient;
• Access conditions (e.g., lift availability, staircase access, restricted zones).

11.2 Additional charges or quotation shall apply in the following non-exhaustive circumstances:

• Delivery requested outside standard operating hours;
• Parking/unloading not available within 50 metres of the delivery address;
• Delivery to remote areas not serviced by public transport;
• Delivery requiring staircase access where lift is unavailable;
• Delivery to container terminals, warehouses, airports, or exhibition booths – where all gate/registration fees shall be borne by the customer.
   

12. Weather & Force Majeure

12.1 In the event of rainstorms, floods, landslides, or severe weather conditions, scheduled deliveries on the affected day and the following day may be suspended or cancelled without liability to Bannershop.

12.2 Force Majeure – Bannershop shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Pandemics / epidemics;
• Government restrictions or lockdowns;
• Industrial action;
• Supplier or courier failure;
• Power or network outages.

12.3 In such events, Bannershop will make reasonable efforts to notify customers, but it is the customer's responsibility to check with the designated courier for delivery status updates.

13. Risk of Loss & Ownership

13.1 Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

13.2 Legal title/ownership of the products shall remain with Bannershop until full payment has been received and cleared.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Bannershop shall not be liable for any:

• Consequential, indirect, or incidental losses;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity;
• Loss of data or goodwill;
• Delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

14.2 In the event of any dispute, Bannershop's decision shall be final and binding on the customer.
